Freshly brewed beer, cocktails with beer and local specialties such as dumplings and roast invite you to a sociable round in the rustic Swabian house brewery “Echterdinger Brauhaus” with beer garden. Watch the wort boil in the brew pan and watch the beer – made from organically grown hops and malt – ferment and mature. In addition to the “Echt Echterdinger Helles”, seasonal beer such as Märzen, Maibock or even Winter-Weizen is also brewed. The beer garden is open when the weather is nice. The opening times of the Echterdinger Brauhaus are daily from 11.30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Lunchtime is Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and a daily menu is added to the regular menu every day from 6:00 p.m. Important soccer games of the Bundesliga and the German national team are shown on large screens. Spend your trade fair evenings or celebrate your company parties in the Echterdinger brewery for up to 130 people. The house brewery can be booked exclusively.
