Description
Tradition is one thing… In the year 1544 the “Landschreiberei” (regional authorities) with its bookkeeping, the “Hofkammer” (chamber, which managed their sovereign’s) and the warehouse for the neighbouring “Alte Schloss” (Old Palace) were housed here. Nowadays, you can indulge yourself with culinary delights in these rooms. The restaurant, situated in the traditional surroundings of the heart of the state capital, pays great attention to what the people of Stuttgart like: Home-made, Swabian dishes with international accents. The ever-changing menu ranges from creative salads, soups, snacks and fish to the authentic Swabian main dish.
